powerlifting

These are the classes if you want to get  stronger. The classes are build around the three main lifts; Squats, Deadlifts and presses. The program is build up with alternating upper and lower body workouts. A one hour training will consists of three blocks with a main lift and two accessories. At this moment we see these classes as additive to our CrossFit classes (different like the weightlifting classes).
