This is where AKA is build around. Here you will find classic CrossFit programming, expect the unexpected (all thinkable objects to move, different time domains and monostructural work) the simplicity is in the intensity. The AKA programming is slightly biased towards weightlifting (because its our specialty and we love technical stuff).

During the WOD (workout of the day) we first explain what the goal is and why we do what we do, then we have a general en specific warm up. Then we have one or multiple smaller workouts, after the workout we give fists bumps and log our results. 

  • 5 classes daily (working days) at the CrossFit AKA Piri Reisplein location

  • 8 classes daily (working days) at he CrossFit AKA Westerpark location

  • At both locations we have classes in the weekend
