weightlifting

At AKA we think weightlifting is the most important part for CrossFit, that’s why we specialized in it. We have our own AKA Weightlifting team, which is competing at different NGB (Nederlandse Gewichthef Bond) competitions.

The classes are build on periodization of 10-12 weeks, this towards in house or local events. The class consists of 4 blocks with two main lifts, with the Snatch or Clean and jerk as base. The third block is a strength part and the last block is about accessoires.
